German Gmund’s manufacturing of paper extends over several generations and focus has always been, since the start in 1829, to create beautiful and high quality products. With an ecological mindset, paper expertise and an instinct for colour and design, each new product becomes both durable, stylish – and completely irresistible!

All papers from Gmund are FSC® certified and the environment issue is central in their production. When manufacturing paper, a lot of water is used, and focus has been to decrease water consumption. That has been done and the used water is treated free of chemicals. Thanks to in-house facilities, up to 75% of the electricity is generated by renewable energy sources.
