What are your shipping options?
We ship with UPS. The delivery time is approximately 2-6 business days.
Orders sent through UPS will be delivered to your doorstep or to your closest UPS Access Point.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is £2.90-9.90, depending on the content of the order. You will see the shipping cost in the checkout before entering your address details.
Is there any other fees, charges or customs duty?
Not at all, there's no extra charges. You will not pay any customs duty, import VAT or other fees. Everything is included in the price you pay when placing your order.
How can I track my order?
When your order has been sent you will receive an email confirming the shipment. In the email, there will be a tracking number that you can use to track your parcel.
I have not received an order confirmation, when will I receive it?
Your order confirmation will be sent right after your order has been completed. In some cases, it can take up to five minutes. If you have not received anything, make sure to check your spam folder. If you still cannot find an email, please contact our Customer service and we will help you further.
What payment alternatives do you offer?
We accept card payments from Mastercard, VISA and American Express. We also accept PayPal. Our payment solution is provided by Adyen.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return any items. All returned items must be in original condition. If you wish to return something, please contact our Customer Service which will help you further.
Please note, that the right of withdrawal does not apply to pens with personal engraving.
