Inktense, a range of watersoluble pencils from Derwent, can be used in many ways and results in vibrant, ink-like effects on paper. Colour becomes permanent when dry, which means that it can be layered without washing out the former layers.

Pigments come alive when water is added. Apply dry pencil to wet page or apply wet pencil to dry page.

Inktense can be used on a variety of surfaces including ceramic, wood and fabric as well as paper, which makes it a very versatile pencil.

Soft core that is 4 mm wide. Lightfast and vegan friendly.
