Amsterdam White Gesso is a high-quality primer that prepares almost any surface for painting. Once the gesso has dried, it leaves a slightly absorbent surface that provides excellent adhesion for both acrylic and oil paint. Use several layers for extra coverage and durability. It can be mixed with transparent or black gesso from the Amsterdam range to create custom toned grounds.
