Marker pads (also known as layout pads) are specially designed sketch and drawing pads for alcohol-based markers.
Marker paper differs from regular sketching and drawing paper by having a coating on the back of each sheet that prevents colour bleeding (bleedproof). Thanks to this coating, the ink stays on the surface instead of soaking into the paper, even when you layer colour on the same area multiple times.
An ideal choice for both beginners and professionals who want to experiment with colour combinations, build layers, practise blending, or create professional-looking sketches without bleeding when using alcohol-based markers.
