The Liquitex Marker Essential Set includes eight water-based acrylic markers with 2 mm tips in a classic colour palette featuring primary colours, black, white and complementary shades. Developed for artists and makers who enjoy mixing their own colours, the set is equally suited to illustration, sketching, lettering, design and mixed media.

The water-based acrylic paint is highly pigmented and delivers a smooth, even flow with excellent opacity. The markers can be used on a wide range of surfaces, including paper, card, canvas, wood, glass, metal and plastic, making them equally suitable for illustration, sketching, lettering, design, mixed media and other creative projects.

The fine 2 mm tip provides excellent precision for lines, details and smaller areas of colour. The colours can be used straight from the marker, applied in multiple layers or blended while still wet to create custom shades and smooth transitions. Once dry, the paint becomes permanent and water-resistant.
