Lamy Ideos

Triangle meets circle: in LAMY ideos, the two contrasting basic shapes merge into a unique silhouette. The cross-section of the writing instrument shows a stylised teardrop shape that creates a very special tactile experience when writing. The series is also a technical masterpiece: a bayonet lock specially developed for LAMY ideos connects the two asymmetrical parts of the body. The contrast between the free-form chrome-plated grip and the polished stainless steel clip and palladium-coloured body creates a dynamic overall impression. The fountain pen in the series is equipped with a special nib that was developed especially for LAMY aion 2017. Their unconventionally proportioned contours give both writing instruments an avant-garde character.
