The iridescent pastel colours create a changing effect that can be used to highlight details, create light effects or add depth to colour fields. The set contains both light and dark shades of green, blue, red, gold and earthy tones, as well as black and white. The pastels should be fixed after use to preserve the finished result. Due to their chalk content, they are not suitable for washes.
