Pen Store Talents 2024

The contest Pen Store Talents 2024 (hereinafter "the contest") is organized by Pen Store Sthlm AB (hereinafter "Pen Store"). The contest runs during the period 2024-09-10 - 2024-10-14 (hereinafter "contest period").

Contest description:

To participate in the contest, you need to purchase the contest kit, which is sold on the Pen Store website and in the Pen Store shop. A contest kit can be used by several individual participants. The number of contest kits is limited. Each contest kit contains six (6) different pens/pencils and the challenge is to create an artwork using all these pens and only these pens. There are no restrictions regarding theme, format or paper/surface that participants need to adhere to. A jury will assess the artwork in its entirety and how well the artwork has succeeded in bringing out all the pens in the contest kit.

Submit your contribution by taking a photo of the artwork and digitally uploading the image via the link on the contest's campaign page. When submitting your entry, you will be asked to enter your email address. The holder of the e-mail address you enter here will be considered a contest participant. The contribution must be submitted no later than the last day of the contest period to be considered. Contributions received after the end of the competition period, regardless of the reason for this, Pen Store has the right not to consider.

To participate in the contest, you must be registered in one of the countries that Pen Store delivers to. You must be 18 years old at the start of the competition, or alternatively have a guardian's permission. We only allow one contest entry per person and email address. In the event that we receive several competition entries from the same participant, only the most recently received competition entry during the competition period will be considered.

After the end of the contest period, a total of ten (10) winners will be selected, of which one (1) participant will win 1st prize.

1st prize:
Artist materials to the value of 3750 GBP (three thousand seven hundred fifty pounds) incl. VAT, or the equivalent value in another currency.

2nd-10th prize:
Artist materials to the value of 75 GBP (seventy-five pounds) incl. VAT, or the equivalent value in another currency.

The winning amount will be charged as a balance to the winners' customer account on the Pen Store website within 30 days of the winners being contacted. The winner orders himself on the Pen Store website, where the balance is deducted from the purchase sums. The winning amount can only be used on the products that are available for purchase on the Pen Store website. The winnings cannot be used to buy gift cards or other vouchers. If the winner does not have a customer account, it is the responsibility of the winner to register one on Pen Store's website, which can be done after the winners have been selected. In order for the balance to be deducted, you must be logged in to the customer account that holds the balance. The winning balance must be used within 6 months of the winners being selected. Any remaining amounts will then be forfeited and not reimbursed. When ordering, the ordinary terms and conditions of purchase otherwise apply.

The winnings are personal and any winning tax is paid by the winner. The winnings cannot be obtained in cash, exchanged or transferred to anyone else. The winners are chosen by the jury and the decisions cannot be appealed. The jury consists of representatives from Pen Store. The winners will be contacted by e-mail no later than 30 days after the end of the contest period. If a winner has not responded by email within 7 days of contact attempts, regardless of the reason for this, Pen Store has the right to appoint a new winner.
