The palette has been specially selected to capture the colours of nature and contains a balanced mix of green, yellow, red, violet and brown tones. The colours are particularly well suited to landscapes, botanical subjects and other paintings where you want to create natural colour variations, depth and atmospheric tones.

Professional Watercolour builds on Winsor & Newton's long-standing expertise in watercolour, dating back to the company's founding in 1832. The colours are made with high-quality artists' pigments and are characterised by their brilliance, colour strength and excellent permanence. Their transparency allows the white of the paper to show through and makes it possible to gradually build up both colour and depth.

The colours can be used individually or mixed together to create a wide range of natural and earthy shades.
