Winsor & Newton Professional Watercolour is a high-quality watercolour block made from 100% cotton. The natural white paper has a weight of 300 gsm and is designed to provide good absorbency, strength and even colour results.

The paper is hot pressed (Hot Press/HP), giving it a smooth, even surface with minimal texture. It is particularly suitable for detailed watercolour painting, fine lines and techniques where a smooth surface is preferred.

The block is glued on all four sides, helping to keep the paper flat when wet and reducing the risk of buckling during painting. Once the painting is dry, the sheet can be carefully removed from the block.

The paper is acid-free, age-resistant and free from optical brighteners.
