KURETAKE MANNEN MOUHITSU ”Maki-E Monogatari” Kakuju-senzai

Kuretake Mannen Mouhitsu “Makie-Monogatari” is a luxurious series of refillable brush pens with traditional Japanese design inspired by maki-e, the exquisite lacquer art where gold and silver powder is applied in thin layers to create shimmering, deep patterns on dark surfaces. The powder consists of ultrafine flakes or granules from gold/silver leaf applied in lacquer and polished for a shimmering effect.

These premium brush pens feature elastic polyester bristles that provide exceptional flexibility for varied lines from broad to fine strokes, perfect for calligraphy, lettering, kanji writing, manga, and illustrations.

The ink cartridges are AP-certified and contain black water-based pigment ink that becomes waterproof when dry. The ink provides durable blackness and precise control on paper, making the brush pens ideal for both professional artists and enthusiasts.

Supplied in a wooden gift box with three ink cartridges.
