The Platinum 3776 Century 2.0 Demonstrator is a limited edition created to celebrate the 15th anniversary of one of Japan’s most iconic fountain pens. More than just a visual update, this model represents a true technical evolution of the #3776 Century series, designed for those who value precision, reliability, and functional beauty.
The fully transparent body reveals the pen’s refined internal construction and ink level. The inner surface of the barrel has been redesigned with a flat finish to reduce reflections, enhancing clarity and highlighting the clean, technically elegant lines of the Demonstrator design.
At the heart of this evolution lies the improved Slip & Seal‑mechanism. This advanced airtight system keeps the ink fresh and ready to write for over three years. The internal structure has been reinforced with a redesigned section and a new rubber seal that enhances airtightness, stability, and writing comfort.
The 14 kt gold nib features a new engraving inspired by Mount Fuji, preserving the heritage of the original #3776 while offering a more refined and contemporary look. The result is a smooth, controlled, and highly dependable writing experience.
Each pen is individually numbered on the cap top, underscoring the exclusivity of this edition, limited to 2,000 pieces worldwide. The pen is compatible with Platinum cartridges or converter (included) and comes with one Blue-Black cartridge.
