Akademie Acrylcolor is Schmincke’s range of high-quality acrylic colours, developed for artists and creatives seeking strong hues, good coverage and easy handling. This set contains twelve 120 ml tubes in a carefully selected range of colours that provides an excellent foundation for both colour mixing and finished artworks.

The colours feature a smooth, easy-to-work consistency suitable for both larger areas of colour and more detailed work. They can be used directly from the tube for bold applications or diluted with water for thinner layers and more transparent effects.

Once dry, the paint forms a water-resistant, satin-matt surface with good lightfastness. Akademie Acrylcolor adheres to most grease-free surfaces, including canvas, paper, cardboard, wood and primed painting boards.

The balanced colour palette offers great freedom to mix your own shades and explore the many possibilities of acrylic painting.
