When I get tired of a garment, it needs to be updated to fit this year’s wardrobe. Rework means bleaching, altering, patching, painting and adding that little extra that gives clothes new life. Inspiration can come from Instagram, a garment in a shop or a cool style I’ve spotted in the street. And once the ideas come to life, it’s just a matter of digging out the stash of textile dye, markers and glue – and having fun!
